EATON 9525WS ASPIRE Screwless Wallplate Review

I bought this plate to replace the Lutron screwless plate and I like it much better. There is a ridge on the front that covers the bottom mounting plate, creating a one-piece look. The Lutron plate ($40) has a pronounced seam on the sides.

. For those having trouble mounting it the wrong way around, you'll need to make sure your light switch screws are completely flush with the wall and aren't sticking out, making a perfect attachment difficult. The product is excellent and worth the money. We are very happy.

This brand will color match much better with switches available at Home Depot or Lowe's. If your wall is uneven, you may have a gap. It's a bit tricky to screw in the plate to get the bezel to sit snugly. It flexes, so if you remove it, it can be difficult to flatten again. In general I like the look. I need to seal a corner with duct tape - this can help get it flush with the wall.

Cooper Aspire wall panels are very aesthetic and easy to install! They are a quick and easy upgrade to any home, giving a room a different and updated look once installed. Lutron makes a similar product, but it doesn't look as pretty as it has indentations all over the outside of the two pieces that come together (the side of the wallplate and the lid itself). I recommend these designer wall plates to everyone!
