I love Avene. Any cream gives you what it offers, and perhaps in this case they do. This is not the product I'm looking for as it doesn't work on waterproof eye makeup. It's a gel and I couldn't remove the waterproof eye mask I had. I ordered it because some of the other sites said he took it off (waterproof makeup). It might be a good idea to clean other parts of the face.

Completely ineffective. Zero eye makeup removed, just raccoon eye makeup. There wasn't even waterproof makeup. I wonder if the product is legal because it did absolutely nothing.

This cleanser has a rose scent. Big! You could say. Lots of people do, but not me. I checked the ingredients before purchasing and there was no scent and/or perfume listed. There were none of the natural sources of rose scent. So where is the smell coming from? Is the ingredient list wrong? Next time I buy an Avene, I'll only select products that are listed as unscented. Yes, and as a makeup remover it's not that good. Not very effective on regular mascara or eyeliner.

I've been using this product for 10 years and I really liked it. Something other than the packaging had to be changed. It doesn't seem to work at all anymore! I've changed my mascara over the years so it's not a problem. Hanging with 2 bottles. loafers

This is my second time ordering this eye make-up remover. Me and my sister in law love it. It doesn't sting your eyes and removes all mascara and eyeliner in just a few seconds.
