Beautifully crafted shelves. The equipment provided was not enough so we had to use our own. The backlight is powered by 4 AAA batteries and is bright. I feel the light is quite sensitive so in my experience the batteries run out quickly but I also have 2 cats so I'm pretty sure that the lights often come on at night. The lights are attached with built-in adhesive but also have a magnet so they can be removed. Definitely worth the money. I am satisfied and they look great in my bathroom.

Shelves and lighting are quite nice. The dowels and screws that came with it were the right size. We installed dowels and screws without any problems. However, when we mounted the shelf, the dowels and screws came loose from the wall. They didn't extend all the way out, but enough so the shelf wasn't flat anymore. Now we're going to go out there and try to find other anchors and screws that work. If not, everything comes back. Very disappointed as none of the other recent reviews mentioned rate

The shelf is beautiful and looked great on our bathroom wall. We installed and after 24 hours we heard a crack. The screws came loose from the wall on the top shelf. I had an antique crystal basket that I received after my mother died last year, an angel and another antique pitcher. Overall I'd say it was less than 5 pounds on the shelf. I've tried the price shelves and touch lamps and this unit does EVERYTHING at what I think is a fair price. After my husband installed the unit, we found that the towel rail was missing. I contacted EAVA and although they couldn't send just the towel rail, they did their best to send me another complete set. Came in good packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap. All necessary dowels for the installation are included. As expected, no battery was found in the box. Beautiful shelves and I was delighted to install them in my guest bathroom. However, as several people have pointed out, the installation failed. My shelves are not flush with the wall and are not aligned. Like the others mentioned, they also lean forward and don't seem strong enough to hold my candles. Mounting will likely work if you attach it to wall studs (not possible with these shelves). I think I'll also need to invest in additional hardware for a proper install. Also, the adhesive strip

I think the shelves look great and am definitely looking forward to the moving lights. But of course I have to buy batteries first. They were easy to install, but they're not strong. And like others who had the same problem; Mine fell off the wall too. I had to use my own gear and even then the bottom shelf kept moving away.
