There was just no quality. The product received was not of the detail or quality shown in the photo. The inner metal liner was loose and not bonded. Under no circumstances should this be used with liquids. There was a sticker on the box that said "For Decorative Purposes Only". This usually means the item is unsafe or not intended for consumption in food or drink.

Bought for Christmas for my partner, was packaged well to avoid damage to the product, arrived quickly. The mug itself is quite deep and holds a lot of liquid. The best part for me is the stainless steel mug which is easy to clean, just take it out, throw it in the dishwasher and forget about it! Love love love this mug, highly recommend.

Got this as a little surprise for my husband - he LOVES it! He takes it to work to have coffee like on his show and say lol he loves it! I should get him another one. Super durable and high quality. Inner metal chamber must be removable. As you can see when you take it out, there are rubber grips on the side. This makes it easier to clean any condensate that may be present inside. The reviews say it wasn't glued because it shouldn't be. The thing has a good weight. Very heavy, the handles are a bit odd but enough for me to sip and take. Perfect for Viking and Walheim players!

It looks really cool and that's the main reason I bought it. But the product itself is smaller than I expected. The handles are too small for adult 4 fingers. I can only fit 3 fingers in which is very inconvenient for holding a sold mug. Also, the metal liner isn't attached to the mug itself, I can assume for cleaning reasons, but as you sip your drink, expect the liner to pop out and get to grips with your face. Nice decoration but I won't win. Do not use it for drinking.

I have had this mug for over 3 months now and I can honestly say it brightens my day by filling it with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
