I'm a fan of Ecco shoes. My previous shoes were Helsinki, which I really liked. Tried Holton this time but had to send them back. I run several kilometers every day. The Holton was very uncomfortable for me and cut into the heel area and one of my feet. I am returning to Helsinki.

Update: I regret giving these shoes one star. These are the best shoes I've ever had. It's true that the size is slightly larger, but when you walk with it, it's very comfortable and adapts perfectly to your feet. I can put them on and take them off with ease. I am Ecco for life. The size of this shoe is deceptive. It's not 7 or 7.5. It's like a 9. All my shoes are a 7 and a 7.5 including my sneakers, they fit well. This shoe doesn't fit me.

I have been buying Ecco shoes for years because of their quality and fit and this pair of Holton shoes live up to my expectations. While not a problem for me, this pair has obviously been worn - possibly for a week due to the deep creases on the vamp. So, for those who are concerned that someone else's foot has ever been in your shoes, you can go to another seller.

Bought for my husband. This is a beautiful leather shoe, very sexy and flattering on the foot. Size is the real issue. The Euro-US conversion table is MUCH next to it. Much lower quality than the pair I was looking to replace. I returned these. I don't know what happened, I bought my old pair around 2012 or 2013 and they were exceptional. It was very disappointing.
