👞 ECCO Windsor Slip-On Loafer, Size 11.5 Review

I am a loyal Ecco shoe user but this shoe let me down. In the last 15 years I have bought over 10 pairs of Ecco shoes. I got the same shoes 3-4 years ago but they were made in Slovakia, very soft leather. I just found out that my shoes are made in China. Very tough skin and very painful. It's too late to return. Organic quality is falling! I am very upset and disappointed.

Slip-on shoes are some of the most versatile shoes in your wardrobe and Ecco Windsor is one of the best at a reasonable price. It is stylish, modern and goes great with trousers or jeans. It's comfortable and very durable. I've always had a black pair and this dark brown is actually more stylish and goes great with jeans or light gray pants. I have pricier Allen Edmonds and Herring shoes from the UK but this pair is my go-to choice for everyday wear.

I usually buy these shoes at Nordstroms. I thought I would buy these from Revain and they are not the same shoes. Very disappointing to say the least. The leather looked tough and cheap, almost fake, and the size was too big. That would be my seventh pair. I do not recommend buying these shoes from Revain.

I only took one shoe out of the box and found that these Ecco Windsor shoes are made in China. The Windsor was the last European Ecco shoe, but no more. I returned them without tying them.

I used to be a HUGE ECCO fan, but not anymore. They definitely killed the golden goose. I've owned over five pairs of ECCO Windsors over the years. My "solid" goto shoes. No longer! I believe the shoes are made in China now. They were the same quality when they arrived but when I put them on I immediately realized they were stiffer and of lower quality and after a few months of wearing them the stitching came undone!
