I bought this to keep a few things in my purse including a syringe and it works great. I'm glad I found this hard case to protect contents as they roll around in my purse.

I really like pencil boxes. There is nothing unusual about this particular item. I wanted a cheap tin can and this was the best I could do without graphics that didn't interest me. This item opens and closes as you would expect of a hinged pen box. You can feel the high quality of the material and the workmanship. Would buy again.

This is a thin cheap aluminum can I'd estimate for around $1 from a major manufacturer. The hinge pin is loose and also too short, requiring constant adjustment to keep the lid attached. It does the job if you want the cheapest metal canister, but certainly not worth the $7 price tag. Altoids Mints comes in a higher quality tin.

I bought this to make my own gouache palette based on a youtube video. When it arrived the lid was stuck and it took me a while to open it. And because it was pinched, the lid was very loose and didn't close tightly. I decided to extrude the bottom a bit so it has more contact with the lid; This made the lid seem to close a little better. Everything else was good but I realized I paid too much for something of this quality lol. Next time I'll look at the dollar store to find something similar…
