QUALITY DESIGN: Designed using durable heavy duty carbon steel that allows for even baking and browning, the Ecolution Bakeins Lasagna and Roasting Pan is the idea tool for chefs looking to strengthen their creative culinary repertoire! This pan features a safe non-stick coating with easy food release and a limited lifetime warranty, and is perfect for making delicious and easy lasagna, casseroles, Potatoes au Gratin, and more. USE AND CARE: Before using your new bakeware for the first time, wash your pan in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry. For best results, the non-stick surface should be โ€œconditionedโ€ by wiping the interior of the pan with a light coating of cooking oil. Use only nylon or wooden utensils for non-stick bakeware. Never cut or chop in the pan with a metal utensil, as it will cut into the non-stick surface. After cooking, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. Do not pour water onto a hot pan, as excess residue can splatter and cause the pan to warp. To remove stubborn stains and spots, use a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad that is safe for non-stick surfaces. This pan is dishwasher safe.

No more raw meatloaf.

It works but now the roller is a bit dry. Let's try to reduce the cooking time. But at least the meat isn't swimming in the fat. Overall a good product.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great baking sheets

My husband mentioned that our ONE aluminum split pan was a bit difficult to open/remove the last time he made a cheesecake. Was he ever pleasantly surprised when they showed up (especially the 'small' and the fact that there were three tiered sizes)!

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Unreliable

Chipping and surface discoloration

Initially we were happy with this set of pans, however after a few uses we found that the surfaces only wear and discolour if hand washed with a natural dish soap. Today we have decided to stop using it and only leave it for storage as its health safety seems doubtful. I cannot recommend this product.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Modern

A bit pricey but good frying pan so far

Nice frying pan - good size - a little scratched on the bottom when new but what can you do - not too bad to return. This is a replacement for a cheaper model that has been damaged from storing coated fins in it for too long.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Expensive
