Great alternative to plastic but many are broken

I like these straws as an alternative to plastic but many straws are broken and torn into pieces. As soon as the company realized that the straws arrived broken, they sent me two new boxes. All the straws were in tact and I love them!

Pros
  • Straws
Cons
  • Can't remember

It's brilliant!

I first came across pasta straws in a cute little cafe in Venice and as soon as I got back to the US I went to Revain to see if anyone was selling them - cheers this seller! To be sustainable, I've been buying paper straws for years, which neither I nor my kids hate because they get soft and lose their shape after about 15-20 minutes. However, these pasta straws last for an hour as advertised. I'm so glad I found them and will definitely order again!

Pros
  • Disposable Drinkware
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Better than plastic

Decided to try them to avoid plastic straws. Larger diameters are needed for things like baby yogurt shakes and are generally better suited to children. I don't really like that they can break if bitten (kids do) but overall it's ok. Definitely different than drinking through a plastic straw, but it's a more eco-friendly option. I also like that they are disposable. They are quite long - found I can break one in half for the kids to use. Discussion of trying again instead of paper straw.

Pros
  • Paper and plastic
Cons
  • So far so good
