The best thing about this software is that it has all of our customer's information stored in one place so we can easily go back as needed for any reason! There are not many things I dislike, but there isn't much either because they have been very helpful with answering questions when something does come up or if i'm having trouble figuring out how do certain functions play together (such an invoice creation). It is an easy platform which allows me as user access all information in one place. Its simplicity of functions enables business owners like myself with little experience or training, but extensive knowledge within their organization’s financial needs, manage accounts effectively by providing fast responses even when they are off-site at meetings for example.
