They are great for storing small toys. The height from the bottom to the top of the handle is about 6.5 inches. I would give them 5 stars if they were made of a harder plastic. They're a little too flexible. You have to carry it with both hands or they will bend and spill the contents.

Okay, I've decided to make things right. I use them in my laundry/pantry to neatly fold kitchen towels, aprons, tablecloths, pillowcases, etc. I love bright colors (makes things more fun). I ordered the large 2x. They fit perfectly on my shelf. I probably wouldn't recommend putting heavy tall items in it as the sides are soft not hard. I plan to put some of my lighter cleaners in there while I continue cleaning out my closet.

I used them for storage, trays (water, oil, whatever as they are easy to clean). The super flexibility makes it a unique container. You can pick them up, isolate them, contain dangerous leaks (I put 12v in for shipping so contain a battery acid leak). I used one for an oil change on my lawn tractor.
