I love this mat for my son. It's extra thick to cushion if it falls and folds easily for storage. I even took it with me when I traveled.

Good thickness for a child to walk on hard ground, small enough to walk on, big enough for a spacious playroom, easy to fold and clean, keeps him and us off the ground! The dog walked on it with no problem, those thin pieces of foam rubber that she poked a hole in. Best buy to use for years!

I've had this playmat for over a year now and it's still in great condition! I have a fully tiled floor and needed padding to cover the floors while still being sure a child could play with it and spill things. I have this and an exercise mat in the living room. It's pretty easy to clean; I've never let liquid sit for more than a minute, so I can't say if that would make a difference. This mat is awesome! It's big and doesn't fold, so make sure you have room for it. We have a small living room and it takes up most of our space, but it's light and we just lean it against the wall behind the sofa when we're not using it.
