🚀 Enhance Performance with Edelbrock 1470 Accelerator Pump Assembly Kit Review

After I put it to the test, I found the performance to be subpar. While it does provide some improvement, it's not enough to justify the cost. The only positive is that it's easy to install. However, the lackluster results and mediocre quality outweigh any convenience. Would not recommend for serious automotive upgrades.

Solved most of my carburetor problems in my Edelbrock 1406 on my '69 Mustang. I rebuilt the carburetor and put a new gasket from the kit on the old accelerator pump but the problems were still there. That solved the problem.

This works for what is, but if you already have the metal style the spring is weaker on this one. I ended up just removing the plunger from it and throwing it at my metal battery. pump rod
