There is no barrier between the envelope and the pillowcase in the packaging. So if you cut open the tyvek packaging you can easily cut open the pillowcase, which is what I did. But it was my fault.

I liked it! It was exactly the size I needed but it's a bit flimsy. I had to use both fillers in the cover to make it look bigger. :) but otherwise it's just perfect and fast delivery.

I don't know how I missed the reviews but those stars lie! They switched to a cheaper version as the original rating is 4 and 5 stars. The plan to send it back is ridiculous to even call it a pillow, it's too flimsy and flimsy to call it a pillow.

Loved it While it lasted it was good for about a month lol. Just wash it and it's gone. I put it on the lowest and lightest setting and it didn't hold up. I tried to fix it but it doesn't move. Maybe I'll wash again and see if that fixes itself.

Basic pillow insert. Very soft, not supportive - suitable for decorative cushions. Warning, my package came with a folded plastic bag and was taped in such a way that the pillow was cut open when trying to open the outer packaging. It's okay - it's a deposit. FYI I like something that could have been done differently

This pillow doesn't have a lot of material, making it perfect as a decorative pillow that you can't lie on. The pillowcase I received is outdoor fabric so it's thick and durable...won't crack due to insufficient padding. Above all, it is very easy!

This item arrived earlier than expected and is of good quality. It was exactly the size I ordered for my custom pillowcase. I was a bit overwhelmed by the size of the package I received, but I quickly realized that it was vacuum sealed for shipping. I love that they did this because I don't have to worry about the smell the fabric picks up in the process. I would buy this item again if needed.
