That's what they advertise, 12V LED bulbs. However, the bright part of their description is far from it. I bought these to use in and on my van but I don't think they are bright enough for running lights and nowhere near as bright as the standard bulbs I was looking to replace.

This is the worst LED we have ever bought. We bought to fit our old RV. They were so faint that it looked like a night light. And the fuse blew when they slipped out of the bracket. They are not tight in the holders. Back to 1141. Don't order these, you will be disappointed.

I have them all over my bus because they run great on battery and are very bright. However, I took them because the price was very low. BIG MISTAKE. I use a total of about 50 lightbulbs on my bus. Once installed, about 50% of the bulbs I replace are new. This means they lasted less than the time left on my more expensive backpack. LESSON: Spend a little more on lightbulbs. It's worth it.
