They are very friendly! I've never run into any issues with them that weren't easily resolved by simply replying to an earlier comment or request asking for clarification- usually in minutes if not sooner.- their turnaround times can be frustrating at first especially when you're looking/asking about something simple (like changing page colors) but they quickly get back to you once your question is answered & give great responses as well so it's all good :) love working w˰them!
