I LOVE this locket. It was exactly what I wanted and good quality. The problem isn't the product, it's how Amazon delivers it. It is wrong to put a fragile item in a box. Not 1, but 3 times. I even asked Amazon to pack the 3rd replacement properly and it arrived the same way. thrown into a big box, with no cushion or support, and broke. I wanted this piece so I taped it together and placed the broken piece at the back of the bedroom so it wasn't visible. The rest is beautiful.

This is a well-made beautiful reproduction of the locket which, once primed and painted, should be indistinguishable from the plaster original. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that it was too big for the corridor we planned to use it in and it wouldn't look right [we didn't know how big the extra 3 inches to our size the damaged original would look like . ]. We are returning this locket and bought a smaller one from another company that would look better in our space. I wouldn't hesitate…

In this case I wasted my money. I bought them to start a project when my other stuff arrived. They turned out to be unharmed as they are lying on a piece of cardboard covered with thick plastic wrap. They were actually broken when removed from the packaging that held them together. Edge pieces have come loose. Since the return window closed before I saw it, I'm stuck with x2 useless medallions. They are fragile and feel like plaster of paris. I use lockets in every home. Nobody caused problems.

Instructions, fitting template or some kind of measuring guide are needed to help you fit them so that the hole that appears most after installation is a few inches from the Ceiling box removed is properly aligned and can help you with positioning. Also, if this is going to be done using construction glue and attached to the ceiling, how do you recommend/recommend maintaining the upward pressure until the glue has set? Love how light the material is, it's strong it doesn't break so it's strong but very easy to cut with a box cutter AND a steak cutter. Most people would use a tool or whatever - some saw for some reason they scare me so I cut with other carpentry tools and use a handsaw or guillotine knife.-.
