not dark brown. more reddish brown/terracotta

may work but is not the same color as the picture above - lots of reddish brown (bordering on terracotta) at best. looks very strange next to something really dark brown.

Nice dark brown good fit

Good quality if you need to press the camera firmly against the base just make a cut in this silicone with scissors or a razor blade. Cuts easily. If you don't have a sharp angle between the base and the camera, it's great if the crop is mostly done. Anyway, good to go!

Perfect to harmonize with a brown home

There is too much white in some homes. That's great. Tight fit. I infinitely easier to install during installation. I learned it the hard way. Nothing a razor can help. Not really, but it's for aesthetics. As long as you cut from above, no problem. Still very comfortable.

I want to buy a ring system.

This product is not a Ring product. It doesn't work with most Wi-Fi systems like the Ring system. I know this because I am a licensed electrician who has installed several Ring systems over the years. I still don't know why I bought this thing instead of the ring. I want to return it, but it is outside the return date. Unlike Ring, which offers excellent customer service, there is no customer service.

The color is more caramel brown than dark chocolate

The product is not dark brown, more caramel than dark chocolate. The color is not accurately represented on the product page. Installing the cover was a breeze - took 5 minutes including removing the ladder, extending it, using an allen wrench to remove the camera, going down the ladder, putting the cover on, climbing up the ladder and reinstalling the Camera with the cover in place. It then took me 10 minutes to look at the color of the coating from the ground up and figure out which was…

Beautiful silicone case for the NEST OUTDOOR IQ camera. This is the one you want.

I have brown headlights where my cameras are and the white cameras are crazy conspicuous. They fit pretty well and you have to make sure the mic and speaker holes line up, but once in place the camera is a lot harder to see in my case. Others note that they make the camera warmer, and that can be an issue in the summer, but it's still chilly outside.
