It's not hot in kettles and tea makers

I have this to bring water to a near boil to make coffee but I think it's only for heating warm drinks. After half an hour the water in it rose to about 120.

Heater - no boiler

I was looking for a kettle to boil water. The maximum temperature is 60 degrees on the box. This is a far cry from 100 degree boiling. I saw a maximum of 60 degrees on the box and went back. Never connected.

Normal goods - good value for money

Excellent for maintaining temperature and for heating. Just note that it takes a long time in the range of 1-2 hours to heat cold water to hot water. I use it in the RV when I don't want to break the propane stove.

For tea lovers on the go

I purchased this item on purpose to take a 3 day solo trip from Central Florida to Fort Worth, Texas. I'm Canadian and I LOVE my tea! Since my 2016 Elantra GT has 2 cigarette lighter sockets, I was able to keep my phone/GPS charged while warming tea while driving. Reviews indicated that it would take several minutes to heat up to drinking temperature. Is that so. It took about 30 minutes to heat up to a temperature where it could brew enough for my liking.
