My mom loves her new chair! Being short, this chair makes it easy for her to elevate her legs to reduce swelling. Of course, standing up from a seated position was very difficult for her before getting her new lift recliner.

Unfortunately the chair is amazing. But the massager is going to need some repairs. Some are very loud and squeeling. They should be under warranty though. Other than that I love it and it's perfect for me.

The chair is great. I bought it for my sister and she loves it. The only draw back is the foot rest needs to be more padded around the edges

The dislike The padding on the arms it’s too fluffy and comes in to the seat too much and with the arthritis it makes it a little bit sore especially when my puppies want to sit with me which they seem to wanna do all the time lol

There are things I really like about this chair. The beige fabric is very warm and comfortable. Washable. The downside is it’s really small. I’m 5’7” tall and my feet and shins hang over the end. It’s great for my 5’3” daughter. I read reviews before making the purchase and "tall” people said it was a good fit but it is not for anyone over 5’5”. I tried to return it but the return shipping was half of the cost of the lift chair. So be aware when ordering this chair.

husband has cognitive decline. buttons in rt side to operate up back feature are confusing to him. why are they not on the remote control?heat feature is lively but too hot.

This old lady assembled the chair all by herself! It was easy and lightweight. The chair is so cozy and has a heater! It reclines to your liking. I love the cup holders to put my phone and drink it on each side. It is the BEST!

Bought chair due to lack of ability. So far everything, works well. its very comfortable, it is smaller then other recliners I have, but not to small that's it would be uncomfortable trust me. It is a very comfortable recliner. Happy with chair

G Pa Coy needed assistance and this chair gets er done. No more wedgies from the heave ho belt lift no sir eee. Gramps just hits the button after a heated massage nap and away he goes right on onto the walker. Now if only there was a speed adjustment for the days I wanted to see his ymeyes light up as he flies face first at the TV. maybe next year.

The chair was very easy to assemble my son in law did it in about 15 - 20 minutes . It is very soft to touch a velvety suede feel , not quite as cushy as I would have hoped and like others I found it smaller than I thought this chair will not fit a tall person and your pet cat or dog will need to find another spot . I like the heat setting . I am very unlikely to use the massage setting so I’m not a good judge of that . The chair looks nice too .

My sisters and I brought this recliner to surprise our Mom on Mothers Day last year (2021). The recliner has been working with no problems (so far so good) and she absolutely loves it. To give you some additional info. She is 5'3 and weighs 105 pounds. The chair is roomy and comfortable for her. She even has extra room to share seating with our small puppy.

It’s a very nice chair for a inexpensive price. My Daughter and I purchased this for my Dad. He is the HARDEST person in the world to buy for. He has bad knees and needed something easy for him to get in and out of. For a lift chair it looks very nice in the living room. It’s made very well and it’s extremely comfortable. The best part is it’s the first Christmas he LOBED his gift. That means everything to me.

The chair is great for my husband's ability to now to get out of chair without a struggle . He likes the size., the material, the idea it has the USB outlet. He is now spoiled. Loves the message selections. The only trouble with the remote is . it is hard to read the selections printed on it. It lifts at a great angle for easy exit.
