I would say this is not for 1 to 6 year olds as the head is too big to fit in the mouth.

This is a giant toothbrush for the baby/baby mouth. He doesn't really brush his teeth, is too soft and thin, and prefers to just chew on the tips. It shuts him up if we put more than half of it in his mouth. My 6 year old also has trouble fitting in his mouth.

Makes teeth brushing fun in children's dental care

This toothbrush is absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind. I love that it has two bristle heads to accommodate my child's grooming needs. The pig is very cute and detailed. The toothbrush makes no noise and cleans teeth thoroughly. The bristles are soft and charged quickly. Looks beautiful on the counter and makes a good first birthday gift.
