Ideal for custom LED neon signs

No AWG rating

Unfortunately, a simple wire gauge (AWG) marking cannot be placed on the spool. So I can't tell it (presumably AWG 22) from my other wires, some of which are AWG24. I can return this product and look for better products or just go to my local electronics store.

Nice little coil of wire for radio use

Will be new here, use this wire to make a lightweight and portable antenna for QRP use. Does the job, just split into one use. The 45 foot wire, 9 to 1 balun and 60 foot counterpoise are lowered and laid on the ground for the rest of the counterpoise wire. Tunes almost the entire range of 80-6 meters.

This lowers his rating.

The product came in the form of a terrible mess, 40 minutes to resolve, not OK! Otherwise, this type of wire is expected to cut very well. This is normal, but it is very soft and flexible. It falls apart (red and black) very easily and you need to do something to stop it like a tie, tape or something.

No problem: electric wire

This is a pretty good roll size for the money and the wire seems good. The two wires pull apart easily if needed, but not so easily that they accidentally fall apart. The spool is 63mm wide and 80mm in diameter which is actually too big for me (I had to move whatever I could to another reel) but I can't fault the product for that. Nothing more to say. .

Excellent wire for the best electrical installation

various "stationary" electrical installation projects. It is better to use flexible wire to connect moving parts. It is easy to remove and solders well. This is a true 22 AWG B/R zippered connector cable. Each wire consists of 17 strands of tinned copper. I counted the strands and scraped off the tinning to reveal the copper which can be seen with a magnifying glass. The current is rated at 3.5 amps and almost never heats up. The resistance is stable at a nominal 0.0495 ohms per meter. I…
