Elements PEO - Great Company - Easy To Work With

We have been working with Elements for about 3 years and have been very happy with their support. They are always willing to help and are always responsive. The team is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I don't have any dislikes. They have been a great partner. They are very easy to work with and easy to understand. Solid Tax Service - Needs Better Customer Support

The account manager was very helpful with all my questions about this service. I am new at using an outside agency but it seems like they had helpfull staff members available anytime I called them so far. They were not able to find anyone who can give me an estimate of how many hours would need to process my taxes for 2017. It took too much time than expected, therefore it didn't get done before deadline. They also did not seem interested to offer any refund. Not sure if this is because their…

Excellent Insurance Service - Would Recommend 100%

The customer service they offer is outstanding! Not only do their representatives have excellent knowledge about our insurance carriers but also what services/companies would best fit with us as an organization. They always go above and beyond when it comes to helping us find the right policies and keeping track of any changes needed within them.
