I really don't understand some of the reviewers who say these are bad smelling products. I have bought these products many times and will continue to buy them. The smell is more spa-like, but it's not strong at all and goes away once you wash it off and apply other products to your face. This cleansing balm smells amazing. The balm has the right consistency that's easy to tap in with your finger. A little bit goes a long way. I massaged my face with the balm for half a minute and then put a hot towel on my face for 5 seconds to let the steam work. Then I wiped off the balm and melted makeup with a tissue. This is a great facial cleanser that I have used for many years. But beware, their marketing campaign is relentless. They text me and email me constantly daily, hourly - there is no way to block them. Once you log out, they come back to you. I literally went to the Apple Store and am pretty good at texting to see what they can do to get rid of the non-stop texting me to buy their products. Apple tried to remove them but to no avail.
