Despite my dental background, I was disappointed by this toothpaste. The only positive effect it had was leaving my teeth feeling smooth, but overall, it did not offer the care and benefits that I expected. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know that selecting the right toothpaste is crucial to achieving a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. This toothpaste isn't worth your money.

Do not confuse this paste with regular Elygdium toothpaste. Even if you read the box it says to only use it 2 times a week. This is NOT a substitute for toothpaste. This is a fast whitening polish that contains two main ingredients: 1) bamboo powder (great stain remover) and 2) blue color. The blue helps neutralize yellow stains, while the bamboo powder cleans the surface of the enamel. The overall effect is lighter, but still temporary. This is a product that you use every few days instead of regular toothpaste. It works if you use it conscientiously. I noticed a difference almost immediately, but of course time will tell. I also bought regular Elgydium toothpaste which I didn't like at all. Please see my review on this item.
