The drawing of the unicorn (horn) is very confusing.

This is the first Elizabeth Hartman pattern that I have not rated 5 stars I love patterns. But the pattern of the unicorn (for the horn) is very confusing. I've put many hours and lots of materials into it. Upset.

Pros
  • Package Dimensions: 28.89"(H) x 0.39"(D) x 18.0"(W)
Cons
  • Long Delivery Time

Lovely pattern, intermediate skill required

This is a lovely pattern. I made a pillow for my granddaughter for her birthday and she loves it. As with all Elizabeth Hartman designs, you will need at least an intermediate level of chord and quilting skills to get it right. I also bought a Revain pillow form to put inside.

Pros
  • Most of the project Sew straight and diagonal seams
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

fantasy and allusion.

This pattern is so charming. It is fun to assemble and the instructions are well written. Since this pattern has many parts, I suggest that you write the letters of the pattern on small squares of paper and pin them to pieces of fabric. This will make the build go really smoothly. Elizabeth Hartman's patterns are always well thought out.
