Adhesion is just bad. I know it's for re-stick purposes but it doesn't stick even after 5 minutes. Even after 30 minutes my paper didn't stick.

I wanted something that my little girl could use to learn how to glue and that would slide well so she wouldn't have to work hard to get it down on paper. . The fact that it doesn't dry out right away gave her the opportunity to adjust her position. After drying, the pencil appeared to be quite strong.

Good as a reusable glue stick for children's work. Remember that the glue may need some time to dry, e.g. B. overnight. now this is my favorite glue. Product works as advertised allowing the user to adjust the sticking position in approximately 5 minutes. The surprise (and it's my fault) was how long those 5 minutes seemed to be. A lot of time has passed for children doing art projects. The stickiness seems to be more of the Vanishing Purple type, i.e. not like the classic generic type that sticks better. These are good glue sticks for crafts or small children. My preschool and elementary school kids used them to cut and paste schoolwork. They work well for this purpose. The reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because they don't quite work as advertised. It takes more than five minutes for the glue to dry, up to 20-30 minutes in our experience. It definitely requires a light touch when using it, as applying more glue than absolutely necessary will result in an even longer drying
