Blue/black stains appeared when washed alone. The only thing I can think of is the bleeding label. Was forced to buy another of a different brand; very disappointed.

I bought this size 6-8 swimsuit for my 4.5 year old girl, she now wears a size 5 top and bottom and weighs 42 pounds. It's a little big for her, but she can wear it all dance season. Excellent purchase!

My daughter is 50% right size and weight at 3 years old. This lion fits her like a glove. It should be a size 2-4 but I think it will be too small by this time next year. It's really beautiful and she loves it. The bodice is made of swimwear material, not cotton. For my daughter's first lesson she was required to wear a pin with a name tag and you can see the pin hole and the fabric stretched around it. So the quality is a bit questionable, but it washes well (do not use a dryer).

I bought it and ended up sending it back just because it looked so small. I ordered a size 2-4 for my 2 year old daughter and while I haven't tried it on for her (it was meant to be a gift) I don't think it will fit. He had a sprain so maybe he wouldn't stay with us long if he fit. But the bathing suit itself seemed well tailored and very pretty. I would just look at the size chart. I also like that they were red - not a very common color for baby swimsuits.
