So in order to upgrade to a new M.2 drive, I needed a solution to connect the SATA version and easily transfer files etc. It worked like a breeze! I bought this unit to use as part of a test setup for M.2 devices of different lengths. The unit comes with a round clamp nut for 80mm units pre-installed and there are clamp nut holes for 30mm, 42mm or 60mm units.
