I can't go back to regular pillows after this one. It has relieved neck and back pain. My wife says I no longer snore. I take it with me when I travel because I get such a good night's sleep with it. Especially helps me find a comfortable position sleeping with arms elevated after rotator cuff surgery.

I bought this pillow because I'm a side and stomach sleeper. I was hoping to find some in between with this pillow, it's a bit stiff. My husband likes it though. He said "it's like sleeping with my head in a case". He also mentioned I may like it as well but I'd need to get use to it. It's pretty firm, definitely would defeat any enemy in a pillow fight.

I purchased this pillow in hopes of relieving neck and shoulder pain. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. There are a couple of options, depending on if you're a back sleeper or side sleeper - I am both so I would need to flip the pillow over for proper alignment. Simply not ideal for me. I did Return it and received a full refund which was appreciated.

It is comfortable enough, but not miraculously so. Between the cover that comes with this and a 100% cotton pillowcase, so far it sleeps cool enough. I put another regular pillow underneath for comfort.

For those who say "this is not what I ordered" the moment they opened the package: you have to wait for this pillow to expand. Please understand that the pillow is stored in a pressurized plastic to ship comfortably to you.Once it expands fully and is ready for use, this pillow does exactly what it should. It provides ample neck support and comfort no matter in which position it is being used. We will probably buy a few more of these!

With new technologies in Chiropractic practices along comes new and innovative design to make your life healthier. My wife is receiving very intense spinal alignment from her chiropractor and this pillow was suggested I must say she is very happy with the results keep in mind that even though there is another design like this not all pillows are manufactured equally as durable or as well. I would have to say this design fits our bill and it is made extremely well.

the pillow offers firm support but other than that I didnt notice any difference in sleep pattern or aid for me Thanks for attention.

I love this pillow. I wasn’t sleeping well not only because I’m recovering from a torn disk, but just restless overall. This pillow literally helped my back as it keeps your neck in the perfect position. While it does take a day or two to get used to, it the best purchase I’ve made for a better night sleep (and I’ve purchased foam/gel mattress pads that didn’t give as much relief as this!).

The idea is good, but maker should take into consideration that each person is not the same. The foam was too hard.could not leave a hand impression as example pictures show. Also the pillow is too high for a smaller person. My husband can sleep on it just right, however I was the one who needed it. I struggle with neck and shoulder pain due to stress. This has released some of the tension by having correct posture. I have been using it for about 5 nights and have noticed I am sleeping much better! I highly recommend.

I am a side sleeper with 4 herniated disc's in my neck. This pillow supports the neck. I was waking up multiple times with neck pain with my old pillow. I am sleeping all night and waking up with no neck pain. One side of the pillow is for side sleeping and the other side is for laying on your back.

I would have given 5-stars but as I sleep in a recliner I don't lay completely flat. So as a result I don't get full benefit from the pillow. I'm going to try another one of this brand.

Every so often I would get pain in my neck that massage, chiropractic…nothing could help. Finally, I tried this pillow and it changed my life! Absolutely no neck pain and I feel like I actually get a better nights sleep! It is a really firm piece of foam so it takes some getting used to but it’s worth it. This pillow will align the neck while lying on your back or side. It takes about 3 nights and the neck pain will will go away and stay gone. It supports the neck down into the shoulder area. I sleep deeper and don’t toss and turn all nite. Me and my husband both love this type of pillow.

Great Pillow! I like being able to rotate it for sleeping on my stomach, side and back. Took a little bit or getting used to at first just because it is very firm and different from ordinary pillows but I'm loving it now and definitely feel a difference in my neck.
