Description of πŸ”Œ Emakefun Terminal Expansion Adapter Board for Arduino Nano V3.0 AVR ATMEGA328P with NRF2401+ Expansion Interface and DC Power Supply Interface (Pack of 5)

The item is a terminal expansion adapter, working very well for prototyping for Arduino Nano projects. There are pins expansion hole for NANO board, which can directly lead the pins; With DC power supply interface, you can directly add external power or battery to supply power. With NRF2401+ expansion interface, you can insert NRF2401+ to achieve wireless communication. Added a filter capacitor to enhance the stability of wireless communication. We used Immersion Gold Technology to make sure every board has more reliable quality.Size is about 2.6" x 2.0" x 0.3" (L* W* H).

Check each screw terminal connection with Nano before use!

I am using this product for a project that uses all nano pens. Wiring runs from the control box to the controlled element a distance of 6 feet. That's a lot of wiring and potential for error. I spent 5 days trying to figure out why one of the two stepper motors wasn't working properly. I replaced every plug, reconfirmed the wiring dozens of times, doubted myself, and drank heavily. I swapped the Nano. I have replaced known good parts with possibly bad parts (e.g. stepper motor/controller)…

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Great nano breakout board, just wish the RF24 IRQ pin was connected

This is a great nano breakout board. Soldering the included pins gives you both screw terminals (can accept up to 16-18 AWG) plus push-in connectors for all nano pins. The cap is connected to the Nano's 3.3V power supply, and the barrel input goes directly to the Vin pin. The RF24 connector is great, it connects the RF24's SPI, Power, and CE/CSN pins to the Nano. Note that CE goes to D10 and CSN goes to D9. Unfortunately the IRQ RF24 pin is not connected so you need to poll the radio. The 2…

Very nice adapter!

One size these adapters never give you is height, so when the nano board is installed the total height is approximately 0.785"/20mm from the clipped pin tips on the bottom of the adapter to to the top of the mini-USB nano connector -- What I really like about this adapter: (1) It protrudes the mini-USB nano connector about 0.1"/2.5mm off the edge of the board, allowing for easy installation through the side of the box.(2) Two included connectors can be soldered in rows of holes next to the…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
