Unwanted grinding of cloth-insulated wires, poorly designed volume/pause controls

Loud noises are carried by cloth-insulated wires, which absorb every sound of every article of clothing they come into contact with or any limb they bump into strengthen . - very annoying! Those sounds of fabric wires scratching your clothes are louder than any music you listen to and you can forget about listening to oral content like audio books. Unreliable use and unnecessary shielding

I've been wearing these headphones for a little over two weeks and have noticed that (1) voice output has stopped working in one ear as tested on multiple devices (cellphone, laptop and hub connectors) and contrasts with fully functional headphones from other brands. (2) Voice input into the microphone is sometimes perceived as muffled by the caller. The most uncomfortable headphones

The sound is good. This is comparable to my regular headphones (I used the iPhone headphones that came with my phone). I mainly use them for conference calls, so I don't need great quality. I found 2 problems. 1) Headphones keep falling out of my ears. The hose does not move as smoothly as a wire and is heavy due to the piece of metal it is attached to. Ear magnets - why did they do that?

Do not purchase this device if you want to reduce your overall exposure to electromagnetic fields. This is called an "anti-radiation headset" and has air tubes from the chest to the ears. This is probably an improvement, but for some odd reason they've put magnets on the back of the earbuds to hold them together when you're not using them. I think most people buying this wouldn't want to add an unnecessary 1 inch magnet from their brain. The magnet ruins the whole point of buying this headset…
