Quality you can see, feel and use

We bought these to replace a Vietnam made set which my wife found unsuitable for some recipes. We noticed the extra weight and subtle manufacturing details when we received the Emile Henry cymbals. These observations meant nothing unless the new dishes worked better than the old ones. My wife first made a recipe where the old dishes worked well and Émile Henri's dishes were just as good if not slightly better than the old dishes. Then she made a recipe where the old dishes didn't work and Émile
