I ordered one of these because of the good reviews and told my mother-in-law about it, who also ordered one. My block came but it didn't work so I changed it to a replacement for Revain. The mother-in-law's device came and it didn't work either. My new one arrived and it didn't *work* either. I do not recommend this product.

This must have been stored improperly as the rubber is STICKY and unusable. It sticks to my hand and leaves huge deep imprints.
