Perfect for amplifying audio and keeping your phone upright without having to hold it up while scrolling through social media or playing Words With Friends, but I like the horizontal viewing slot for video best.

When the phone is placed in the sound booster stand, the sound quality is muted. I have a bamboo phone holder from IKEA that I use the way this speaker is meant to be used and while it isn't as loud as this speaker it is much clearer. My reason for purchasing this item was to have a desktop organizer. for my private phone and my work phone. Other options were too big or just for a phone. It serves the purpose it was bought for. Clear sound would be a plus.

I got this because I had one of the plastic ear amps for my old smaller iPhone5 and it worked fine so I decided to try this. Got this and it's so helpful. When I FaceTime someone, record video or audio, I use the horizontal slot and it's really handy. Then when I'm listening to something in bed or on my desk, the amplified side is perfect. The product is durable and fits my iPhone 8 with a case (Speck). It's difficult to use for reading or viewing on my phone as it holds the phone at a 90 degree angle to the surface it's on, so it would be a little awkward to approach the screen while eating or something watch. I would have preferred to hold my phone at a higher angle. I like using it for chatting because it keeps your phone in the air.

I put this on the bathroom shelf so the music on my phone plays better when I shower. Actually works great! I need to keep the volume down two notches for the bass lines. The only potential problem for some, my phone barely fits in the case. It's pretty tight on my Galaxy A71 in a regular case. Update: I love it so much I got a second one.

This phone holder looks great on my desk and is very well made. I only gave it three stars because it doesn't work if I don't take off my phone case. I will try to expand the slot as other customers have done. I strongly recommend the company reconsider the design to work with our caseless case otherwise this is a beautifully crafted phone holder.

Product as described and arrived on time. I love this style but it would be nice if it could fit phones in cases. It could be designed to fit phones in their cases (who takes their phone out of its case every time they use this?). and a few inserts to create a smaller/tighter space for the phone to sit in for the few people who never use a phone case.
