. The remote control has a plastic insert covering the battery that cannot be removed. I've tried everything. I broke it into pieces. They were very kind to send a replacement but I can't get the plastic strip out. They have a narrow straight slot, but the plastic is much larger and rounded. Does not exceed.

I love this ring light stand. Great price, just unlatch the legs to make it taller. It gets very bright which makes my photos look amazing. Holds my phone well. The only thing I don't like is that the cable is too short if it was battery powered or could be charged because it limits the ability to take photos without using the cable.

I bought this for my wife as she makes videos for work and compared it to other flashlights she already owns. I thought it was an improvement because of the height it offers and the stable tripod base, but she didn't like that it takes up more space and that the top is too thick compared to her other light. I liked it more, she didn't, preferring to leave a different light. I recommend this one better.

I have a lot of parent/teacher meetings and the lights in my office/room are so dim and dim that I always try to turn the lights on so I can be seen better. I really like the 3 different lighting modes. You can also change the shading. I tried my phone and now it was AMAZING when I had a phone that I could carry with me all the time. lol. The tripod can be placed on a table or on the floor. really good quality, definitely YES to this purchase

The remote control didn't work. It connects via Bluetooth but doesn't take pictures when the button is pressed. I emailed Endurax customer support on Friday and was told someone would get back to me on Monday to resolve the issue. Didn't get any other answer. I emailed again a few days later and still haven't been contacted. I would not recommend this product to anyone as the product is faulty and the customer service is terrible.

This selfie ring light is just what I was looking for! It is great! It was packaged very well and very easy to assemble, use and carry when you need to take it everywhere as it comes with a leg bag! Great that you can position the phone and light mount in any position you want and adjust the height with 3 different extensions! 3 colorful lanterns - it's cool. Great product, I would recommend! Very happy with the purchase!

This item finally got to me after some courier problems. Luckily, a Revain representative quickly resolved my issue after I contacted him. It was double wrapped and securely packed. The remote connects to my phone as soon as I turn on Bluetooth on the phone. It's easy to use and I'm happy to experiment and see how it works.

at first, with adjustable height and two backlight settings with the ability to dim. When I assembled it I found that the phone holder is not attached to the base/stand, only the ring light. It doesn't really matter when I'm at home, but I don't want to take the ring light to the gym. Using a tripod is frustrating enough, but I end up having to deal with fractional plate situations as a basis for my phone holder. Everything would be fine if it weren't for that stupid remote control. The remote comes with a pull tab that you can pull out when you're ready to use it. When I pulled on it, the remote control fell apart in my hands. * This tab was placed TERRIBLE like it was part of the remote control! Anyway, I put it together, but I'm really upset that I had to go through it. This product's remote control also refused to take more than one shot. After literally connecting it via Bluetooth, I took a picture
