Bought two pairs for twin girls. One pair came in the original box and the second pair came in a huge shoe box with tissue paper (not in the original box). The second pair of boots was already double knotted and despite previous owners attempts to clean it, there was dirt underneath. Apparently the second pair of boots was put on and returned. I paid full price for used boots.

I bought brown boots for my girl when she was a year old and I really liked them! They also appear to be of good quality. She wore them often. Recently she needed new boots and I remembered that I liked brown ones so I ordered black boots from the same seller and they are not that cool. They look cheap, the laces are made of plastic (!) so they come off very easily. The bottom of the shoe is also uneven, just oddly done. I would recommend brown, but not plain black.

My daughter is 22 months old and I ordered her a size 6. I got her trying on boots for the first time and I am very upset that you have to have the patience of a saint to get your little one on her feet in boots. When I increase the size for the extra room, she looks like a clown in this one. As you can see in my photo, size 6 already has room to grow. I had to undo the laces halfway to really slide her foot all the way over the side zipper. So I'm just a slacker because I love shoes. Quality…
