Power Plus is the best among inverters

The Energizer inverter arrived in perfect condition, well packaged for shipping and worked right out of the box. It has enough inverter power to run all my devices, computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. safely and easily. Just plug and play and limited only by the power source it is connected to.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Some bugs

Failed first time use

When my inverter arrived, I opened the box, there was a smell of burning electricity. I did not think about that. I connected to the battery which could cycle power on and off. A week later I took it camping and it failed when I tried to use it on a 565w rice cooker. I was very disappointed. I'm not sure if I want to replace it or switch to another brand.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Defective in packaging but good concept

Summary, after much experimentation I came to the conclusion that this item came out of the packaging defective. The capacitor probably failed during storage or something. I'll disassemble it later and try to fix it. Low score because it's not out of the box. It didn't get a star because I like the overall design of the inverter when it actually works properly.

Low voltage in tools and devices

We had high hopes for this inverter, because it's called "Energizer"! 4000 watts was perfect for what we needed. However, after installing it, we found that it only outputs 104V and doesn't run the devices we need! We asked for a replacement and when we received it the replacement was only producing 95V! There is definitely something wrong with these inverters. Buy another brand.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • So-so

THE FUSE KEEPS BLOWING

I received a faulty unit which worked for about 5 days then the fuse in the unit blew along with the cigarette lighter fuse. So I swapped out both fuses, a 10 amp small transparent tube like inside the unit and a 20 amp car fuse. Both reappeared so I stopped trying. I didn't connect anything over 100W (device power) to the USB ports, mostly only LG G6 and Samsung Galaxy cell phones. .Unfortunately I lost it because I threw it in the back of a truck with tools and supplies and couldn't find it…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

If I could do it all over again I would buy a pure sine wave inverter

In general, the inverter is fine. It works and seems to work fine. My main problem is the modified sine wave. I didn't think it would be that noticeable, but the first thing I did was plug in my laptop. The laptop power adapter is charging the laptop but the laptop power adapter is buzzing or buzzing. According to research, this is exactly what modified sine wave inverters do. They force the power supplies to do it.

Pros
  • . Perfect for emergencies, hurricanes, storms or power outages - has 2 USB ports (2.4A each), 2 standard North American AC outlets (15A each). ). Free 3FT 2AWG battery cables included.

Works as it should. - Starters, Chargers & Portable Power Supplies

I installed this in my trailer. It arrived in perfect condition, installed easily following simple instructions and started up with no problems. Having worked extensively with 12 volt systems on boats and RVs, I knew I had to do a good stress test to spot problems right away. I connected a heavy load and worked 30 minutes. The inverter got hot (as usual), the fan ran to keep it from overheating, and the 120V power supply never went out. Then I connected a moderate (1000W) load and worked for…

Pros
  • A Brand You Can Trust - This inverter has all the protection you need. Overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, high temperature and short circuit. All these protections are displayed on the LCD screen, as well as input voltage, output power and battery level.
Cons
  • So far so good

Take care of your batteries, they run out quickly

I installed this in my RV. And plugged my camper into an outlet with an extension cord and I can basically run my camper from that. I can only use the microwave or the coffee pot individually. But it works pretty well with the fridge, TV, and blue lights. We have a Ninja coffee pot that uses more electricity than your regular coffee pots. I like the inverter readings. It tells you how many volts it's getting from the batteries and how many watts it's putting out. but I want to tell you how many
