Normal for the price. The insert is just below the front panel and is whiter for some reason. But it doesn't look bad if you don't look at it. Does the job for the price.

The same brand has 10 on Revain which cost around $1.30 each. I think the inserts look great and are easy to install but you can get 10 inserts for less than the price of 3 from the same company.

It is very difficult to attach a screwless bezel to these end caps. The hole that the small 6-32 screw goes into from the screwless plate is plastic and the screw barely tightens and the plastic screw hole breaks. These blank plates are really bad quality.

Exactly what I thought I needed because I was too cheap to buy a dedicated switch plate, but it differs by a millimeter or two, up and down, hence not the same as opening an existing radio button. I can pierce it easily but what the madness of putting it into production/market without checking the fit.
