Easy replacement of any wall plate of the same configuration. Dimensions: 4. 50" height x 2. 76" length. For residential or commercial use with cable TV boxes, satellite receivers, VCR, modems, antennas, phone systems (VoIP, PBX, ISDN, LAN) and other audio / video connections. Includes screws to match the wall plate, 1-year , FCC Part 68 compliant, UL-listed.

Clean view of the wall.

Looks a lot cleaner than a coaxial cable hanging from the wall. However, this does not prevent the baby from playing around with it!

so I was glad when this one didn't break

It worked for me and it didn't break when I screwed it to the wall bracket, of course I didn't try to break it. Other versions of the coax boards seem to be more brittle than plug or switch boards, so I was glad this one didn't break.
