Great product and great quality!

I installed these recessed lights because I didn't want to remove the entire vinyl ceiling to put actual cans in the ceiling of my covered porch where it gets dark earlier. In the evening there was a lot of grilling and the light from the ceiling fan didn't hurt anymore. I decided to install these lights based on the mostly positive reviews and went with the 3000k option as my eyes don't really like white. I am very impressed that I ordered 12 packs and used 8 of them on my patio. The color…

I install many of these and they are not very good. But the customer service is incredible.

Update: I have to admit their customer service is amazing. They tried to find a solution as soon as possible. Your series of ultra-thin recessed lights (with blue plastic spring covers) are much better and I have ordered more of them for my work. These didn't fit me. But they are also more economical. ________________ I lost my 2k job because when I showed up at my client's to install 42's they looked anything but white, they were bluish gray white and the fairing is so narrow it has the hole…

Great light and out of this world customer service!

UPDATE: I found the customer support email address in the original box and they responded to my complaint in less than 12 hours. They informed me that they couldn't provide a direct replacement as the model I bought was out of stock, but they offered a refund or a new model and ended up doing both! Throughout our back and forth communication, their replies have always been surprisingly quick and helpful. To be honest, this is a whole new level of customer service that has never been seen…
