The lanterns were as thin as plates and were easy to install even under the beam as these lanterns are about the thickness of drywall. It was convenient to glue a junction box for wiring. We could choose the mood with 3 light settings. Overall I am very happy with the purchase of this lamp to replace the fluorescent lights in my kitchen.

Easy to install and even easier to connect. I cut a circle in the center of the ceiling panel and attached a lightbulb disk. The box is screwed to the tree trunk approximately above the hole. The cable is enough to be close without having to be precise. I use it with a dimmer, it would be nice to have a lower dimmer setting but it controls well

I would give this 5 stars. They are easy to put on and look great. When I wanted to install the last headlight, one of the spring clips was defective. I emailed the company using the email address on the card and asked them to send me another spring clip so I could complete the installation. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received a reply.

This is a great product at a great price. The flat bracket fits perfectly into the template hole and almost disappears into the white ceiling. Gone are the days of requiring heavy cans and 6 inches of ceiling space. Fast connections are nice too. This eliminates the need for wire nuts and saves a lot of box space. This is a well thought out and great looking product for the money.

These lights are awesome. They're so thin they fit almost anywhere, and the brightness is amazing! For the price these guys are the best deal you can find. I used them on an office cabinet to light up my desk and computer with smaller lights, but with a couple of 6" lightbulbs they could easily light up the whole house. Simply amazing price and quality combined. I recommend them to all my friends!

Great design with control box and separate light source, making it easy to place the unit in tight spaces with small clearances . Color selection is via a slide switch that is set during installation. So choose what you like before you turn on the ceiling light. It would be nice if there was a cable holder or clamp for the electrical connection. I had to buy it separately. They're cheap, it was just an inconvenience. Overall a great product so far. Let's see if the lifespan is as good as…

I can't say anything about durability and reliability yet. However, this light is very easy to install and is perfect for illuminating a room from above. I think it's a really cool idea to be able to change the color of the light yourself. Just commenting on this, if you have 10 lights in your house and want to change the color, maybe to something warmer, you have to go to the attic or somewhere else and flip the switch on each light. Maybe there is a better way to do this, not sure. All in all
