Worked a couple of times initially, then intermittently, now crashes every 15 seconds

I was happy with it for the first few months, only used it 3 or 4 times during that time. It then started shutting down, killing my SmallHD monitor's power supply, and then kept restarting (the gold battery was fully charged). I was concerned that this would damage the monitor so I borrowed someone else's d-tap (from a different manufacturer) and it worked great with the same monitor and battery. Nine months later I tried again with Eonvic. It worked at first and I thought maybe the last time…
