It is not easy to use. The customer just wanted to click on the email, sign the pad and resend the email. It's not like this.

Works pretty well, couldn't connect on first try, I called support and it was sorted. It was very helpful. Still works fine.

However, sending it back wouldn't work and at this point it had been 30 days from delivery so I have a brand new electronic paperweight. Works well. Better than the same product I've used but this time I learned how to reinforce wire. I plug it in several times a day and every time I unplug it I wrap it back in my carrier. After about a year the cable failed at the connection point next to the USB and I had to hold it straight for the product to connect. real pain But this time I reinforced the wire to support it better and hopefully it will last more than a year.

I bought one less than a year ago and it no longer works. When I called the company directly about the warranty they said it was out of warranty as it was a 2017 device.
