Set of 6 Epica 🍾 Beverage Glasses - 18-Oz. Glass Bottles Review

Bought these to avoid having to buy bottled water to take to work but after a few washes by hand and in the dishwasher , II just can't use them anymore. No matter what I do, when I pour reverse osmosis water into these jars, the water tastes bad, like something is constantly seeping out of the jar into the water. I've never had another glass that made water taste so bad. I've had other attempts to make sure I'm not crazy and they say the same thing. These end up in the trash. Very disappointed.

No complaints although difficult to spoil the transparent waterproof glass. lids are good; The rubber "washer" creates an airtight seal with little effort to open or close. I use them for juicing, which is quite a lengthy process. So six bottles is right - it would take quite a while to extract over 108 ounces of juice and exceed the set's capacity. My search is finally over, these glass bottles are perfect. I've only been using it for a week, so I can't confirm some of the lid issues reported here. The glass is thick and durable. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with these bottles. That's why. I make 6 juices a day so I ordered 2 spare sets. The jar is strong and hard, but the stainless steel lids fall apart, the rubber seal begins to form, the metal cap in the lid detaches from the inner jar, and then the water and green juice stay in the lid, now they smell, it's a battle on the hill without permission. UPDATE: 09/14/18, I'm still using them but I have to say that the inside of the lid's metal dome and plastic gasket is something the company needs to change. Yesterday I was working outside in the garden with dirty hands, I had to remove these items before I could drink which soiled the dirt and next time I drink the dirt around the mouthpiece. These bottles are a great product at a great price. I would give them 5 stars but the comments about the gaskets on the lids are correct. They're not sealed and tend to move down and out, especially when the bottle develops a vacuum (which often happens when you're juicing room temperature fruit/vegetables and then storing them in the fridge), but the seal is easy to clean and rebuild. back to the lid.
