Beware of this Router: Terrible Performance

As a computer user, I was extremely disappointed with this product's slow and unreliable speed. As a result of using this product I found that it was constantly dropping our connection and causing issues during live streams and video conferencing. The only positive is that it was easy to set up, but that doesn't make up for its terrible performance. Overall, i would not recommend this router for networking products..

Pros
  • High-quality video and audio recording capabilities with the ability to stream directly to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Cons
  • Requires additional equipment and setup for optimal performance.

Frustrated with inconsistent bitrate as well as support

We bought this unit to improve our bitrate stability because we saw our live streams dropping and not doing well on social media and our spread application . For several months we have been trying to figure out why we are still having problems. We were recommended to try OBS (free btw) and it delivered a consistent bitrate with no feed issues. We sent an email to Epiphan support but they didn't reply. With the help of our application support team, we have identified the issue. It's too late for

Pros
  • Front screen for basic configuration/control and validity monitoring
