Great business headset

This product works great with my Windows 10 work laptop. I had no trouble plugging in the dongle and then getting it working with Teams and Skype. The ear pads are really comfortable.

Nice device when it works

I got my job. The sound is good, although I would have liked it to be louder. The problem is that he doesn't stay connected. Not suitable for work as unreliable. Customer service is non-existent.

Great headset for Zoom and other video calls

This product is easy to set up with a dongle on a laptop. The battery life is excellent and the sound quality is excellent. If you install the EPOS Connect software on your computer, you will receive regular updates about it. I don't use this regularly with my phone, but when I did it worked like a charm. My order does not include a key. Although the sound is excellent with Bluetooth.

Build quality is pretty good, wish there was a test on/around the button to see what they do. The sound quality is good. Voice quality is good, 10/10 according to a colleague. Poor option if you are looking for a headset that will take calls all day

I bought this headset as one of my company's recommended headsets for voice conferencing and replaced a similar one for 3 weeks 3 year old Jabra headset used which was beginning to fail. I have a big head and it hurts to wear them for more than 30 minutes. When I have meeting after meeting, this problem alone becomes a serious obstacle.
