I bought this headset as one of my company's recommended headsets for voice conferencing and replaced a similar one for 3 weeks 3 year old Jabra headset used which was beginning to fail. I have a big head and it hurts to wear them for more than 30 minutes. When I have meeting after meeting, this problem alone becomes a serious obstacle. Additionally, the headset's buttons (for volume, ANC on/off, etc.) are tiny and difficult to use without spending a few seconds looking for them. Sound quality is unremarkable - it's pretty good. I sometimes get an initial pop when I put them on my head and join a call (I connect with the included USB dongle). My latest problem with the headset is that the microphone doesn't transmit to the headset (some manufacturers call this a "side effect"). I can't hear myself when I'm on the phone and it's very annoying. I often need time wasting and asking "Can someone hear me?" You come back and I'll look for the best option.
