Light weight on bedding

Many reviews mention that this is a light weight duvet. It said almost nothing to me. Do I need extra blankets? Is it the opposite of a weighted blanket? Will it be blown away by strong winds? So. Here's a little more context talking about light weight. We keep our bedroom around 66-62 degrees during the night. The first few weeks outside were typical New England temps in the 68-32 degree range. I'm the kind of person who can get stuffy and it's just that the sheet doesn't feel adequately…
