I have used a different type of lumbar support on my couch at night for the past few months and it has been fine. I decided to give it a try and it's SUCH an improvement! I like my ergonomic pillow. I've been using it at work for about a month now and am improving my posture without even thinking about it. I like being able to adjust it to my needs throughout the day. I also like to use it to stretch and lengthen my back. It seems so beautiful! Sometimes I use it high on my back and sometimes I use it low. I have never used a support pillow and doubt I will be able to do without one again. I work at a desk and sit about 6 hours a day. I definitely recommend it!

I am buying this for a long trip in my van because I have severe tailbone pain after driving/riding. It has greatly reduced my pain!
